Aims
The training shapes skills of teamwork and creative communication, and especially - non-verbal expression, active listening, team interpersonal communication, planning and organising, tasks distributing and delegating, recognising and respecting competences, motivating and timing.After the completion of the course, student should be able to
- take a turn in communication,
- lead effective discussions,
- delegate responsibilities in teamwork,
- arrange public shows,
- accommodate tools of open communication to cultural competences of audiences,
- manage the image of the speaker.
