Description: The aim of the conference was to exchange experiences between students and scientists and to discuss about the role of moral values in management. The conference concentrated on two areas: interpersonal communication and the economy. The event was an effect of a cooperation between students of the Jagiellonian University and the students from foreign partner universities. The language of plenary session was English and poster session - English and Polish.
